Working on Oshawa’s first coach house in Oshawa. 

Adding a coach house to a corner lot like this one we feel is the best use for this property. All the units will get their own private amenities space, and parking for multiple cars per unit as well. 

So far we had no objections from Oshawa for pursuing this project, we’re excited to break ground on it later this year!
