Bill’s work ethic was forged early in life on his family’s rural homestead—by his teens he was mowing neighbours’ lawns, tending livestock, and helping harvest crops. These experiences instilled in him a strong sense of pride and a dedication to a job well done.

Bill later founded his own landscape business, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. In 2018, he partnered with his brother‑in‑law Daniel Hogenbirk to acquire the well-established landscape construction company which was the start of their business partnerships.

Transitioning into interior renovations and property development, Bill brought operational efficiencies through refined roles and systematic processes. His sharp eye for detail and strong people-management skills have been central to sustaining a cohesive, family-oriented company culture.

Living in one of North Lakes’ early duplex conversions, Bill and his family embrace a lifestyle that mirrors the company’s vision: reinvesting savings into business growth and memorable family adventures.

When taking a well deserved break from work, Bill and his family enjoy many seasonal outdoor activities. In the winter months they can be found skating on frozen ponds, skiing, and boiling maple syrup in the woods. In the warmer months they enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, bird watching, and water sports at the family cottage. Bill and his wife Corrie have both travelled to many exotic locations around the world together, and are looking forward to having many new adventures as they begin travelling with their son James.
