This was one of our most unique projects to date, with three distinct phases that allowed us to maximize the potential of an established Bowmanville property.

The first phase involved renovating the existing 150-year-old home into two residential units. The second phase was the construction of one of Clarington’s first coach houses. Finally, a three-unit addition was built on a severed side yard, bringing the total development to six units.

Taking over two years to complete, the project required careful planning and coordination across each phase. The result is one of the more distinct multiplex developments in the Durham Region, combining a renovated historic home, a coach house, and a new three-unit building on a single development site
