This six-unit project was the first multiplex we completed with a financial partner and marked an important milestone in our development experience.

Built as two semi-detached three-unit buildings, the project allowed us to take advantage of CMHC’s MLI Select program and return the majority of our investors’ funds at the end of the project.

Now fully stabilized, the property provides six modern rental units in the desirable downtown of Bowmanville and represents a successful example of how we approach multi-unit development and investment partnerships.
