About Us
North Lakes is committed to being part of the solution to Ontario’s housing crisis.
We specialize in “missing middle” housing such as basement apartments, coach houses, walk-up apartment buildings, and low-rise condos—giving people more choice in how and where they live.
As part of a group of companies that work synergistically across the Real Estate and Construction industry, we offer a seamless, full-service experience. From concept to completion, we guide clients through every step of the process—something that’s still uncommon in our industry.

Our Founders
Both Daniel and Bill have strong construction backgrounds, having led their own construction crews for many years. They have been in business together since 2018, and as a management team, they complement each other well, having different strengths. Daniel is a great creative problem solver and continuous learner, allowing the company to perform well when taking on new challenges. Bill is a great people manager and has an eye for details, keeping everyone on task and everything together.
